The AI looks for specific signs of unfair means, such as a second face, the candidate leaving, a phone, voices or switching away from the test. Each incident is time-stamped and adds to the session’s credibility score.
The AI only flags; a person decides. Every incident comes with a recorded clip, and in hybrid mode a proctor reviews alerts, chats with the candidate or joins the session before any action is taken. You set the escalation thresholds.
A laptop or desktop with a webcam and microphone, and a stable internet connection. For room scans and dual-camera mode, a smartphone works as the second camera. A system check runs before the exam starts.
Yes. With Proctoring as a Service, our proctoring connects to your platform through APIs and works with LMSs such as Moodle and Canvas. Candidates don’t install any extra software.
Recordings and ID data are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and logged, and data is deleted after the retention period you choose.
